Bottom line, I retired as a professionally qualified accountant when I retired. I know enough to know some of the important issues you need to address. However, these days I'm just doing my best to pull together 'pointers' to issues you may need to consider and some of the places online where you can maybe find the answers to any questions you may have.
As part of my Tax Tips for Artists in the Money & Tax category section of my website, I've started a couple of NEW Tax Tips pages for Artists - to break out the specific tax aspects relating to artists in specific countries - namely the UK, USA and now Australia and Ireland.
